At Pathway, it takes many volunteers to fulfill our mission of reaching our community with the love of Jesus and raising up disciples who impact our world. We serve, first and foremost, because we are followers of Jesus, we imitate Him, and no one served more than Jesus!
We invite you to jump in and join us in the exciting work that God is doing at Pathway. Through serving, you will not only make a positive impact on others, you will also be amazed at what God will do in your own life.
Here are some current volunteer opportunities:
Hospitality Team
You can serve in the following areas:
* Ushers
* Security
* On-line Greeter
* In-House Greeter
* Parking Greeter
No experience is necessary, we will provide the training!
Production Team
You can serve in the following areas:
* Live Production
* Camera Operator
* In-house Media
* Online Sound Mixer
No experience is necessary, we will provide the training!
Kids Church Team
You can serve in the following areas:
* Teachers
* Check In
* Assistants
All volunteers will be trained and background checked.
Building + Grounds Team
You can serve in the following areas:
* Flower Beds
* Walkway Entry Cleaning
* Snow Blowing
*General Maintainace Assistant
Hospitality Team
From first impressions to the ongoing welcoming atmosphere, the Hospitality Team consists of greeters, Welcome Booth management and ushers. The goal is to create a warm, caring environment that makes anyone coming through our doors feel right at home.
Children & Youth Team
The Children and Youth team creates an environment where our young people can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. From infant nursery to Pathway Youth, there are various ways to serve.
Building & Grounds Team
The Building and Grounds team works behind the scenes to to keep our property clean, beautiful and functioning by helping with facility maintenance, lawn mowing, cleaning and more.
Care Team
This team reaches out to new visitors, those in hospitals or who are home bound, or missing on Sunday’s for an extended time. The Care Team’s goal is to show the love of Jesus Christ by giving encouragement, praying and determining what needs can be met to help members of our community.
Worship, Tech, Media & Live Production Teams
These teams are involved in Pathway’s weekly worship services. From vocalists and instrumentalists and sound and media technicians to camera operators and social media moderators, this team helps prepare the way for an encounter with God, both in person and online.
Food & Meals Team
If you love to prepare great food or can make a great cup of coffee, this is the team for you! The Food and Meals team makes/serves refreshments or meals for church luncheons, Sunday morning fellowship and meals for the Care Team to bring to those in need.
LifeGroups Team
LifeGroups are how we grow spiritually and foster healthy relationships with other members of the Pathway community. The LifeGroups Team consists of group leaders and hosts. Group leaders facilitate the discussion and study of each group; hosts open their home for LifeGroup meetings.
Missions Outreach Team
The Missions Outreach Team works together to provide opportunities for local, regional and international outreach. They also interact with, and pray for, all the missionaries and organizations we support.
Intercessory Prayer Team
The Intercessory Prayer Team meets weekly to lift up prayer requests from church members and pray for our leadership, ministries, teams, and services. This group continually strives to maintain a sense of humility, unity, love and confidentiality.
